- Bushmills 15 Year Old is an innovative Irish single malt with an elegant French accent. Exclusively matured in first and second-fill bourbon barrels, aged for a minimum of 15 years, including a finish of up to 12 months in rare cognac casks to give a sensational caramelised pear richness.

Nose: Gentle toasted oak married with soft spice and ripe fruits.
Taste: Warm vanilla, caramelised pears and apricots delight the senses. Waves of tropical fruit, cinnamon, milk chocolate almonds, followed by gentle oak and floral notes.
Finish: Long, crisp finish of vanilla, sweet pear developing into complex wood flavours.
